• Membership Fees: Membership fees must be paid according to our posted rates and schedules.

3. Communications

• Consent to Receive Messages: By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receiving messages related to class schedules, cancellations, or academy updates.
• Opt-Out: You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time; however, opting out may prevent you from receiving essential updates about class cancellations or schedule changes.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Mat Return is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from missed communications, including but not limited to missed classes due to undelivered notices.

5. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue classes, events, or any part of our services with or without notice. Whenever possible, we will communicate changes through email, SMS, or postings on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
